We provide professional mediation services for family and workplace disputes and conflict.
We understand how complicated and stressful disputes can be. Accordingly, our approach is to work with you to facilitate the development of diplomatic solutions that address the concerns of both parties.
Our nationally accredited mediation practitioners are able to provide facilitated mediation services in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
We understand that due to work and life circumstances Monday to Friday (9-5pm) appointments may not suit your needs. As such, our mediation professionals are able to meet with you after hours during the week or on the weekend if required.

Family mediation
Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services are provided by our full-qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP). These services are provided to couples who are in the process of divorce and/ or a relationship break-up, who are legally required by the court to complete the mediation process.
The mediation process can achieve three goals:
- Issue a s60I certificate to provide to the court
- Property Settlement
- Developing Parenting Plans
Typically the process takes 3-4 hours to complete at a rate of $180/ hour (Incl GST). Please refer to our table of costs for more information.
When considering the cost of mediation, please consider the alternative of going to court, in terms of time and cost to you. Most family sessions will occur on a Saturday (i.e., 9-5pm) to accommodate the schedules of both parties.
